From 25 May 2018 a new framework for management and protection of personal data in all EU member states is in force.
General data protection regulation (known as GDPR) brings new rights for individuals and a series of strict obligations for companies such as OSILOVAC d.o.o. , which hold and process your personal data.
Acquiring and maintaining trust of our clients and business partners has always been priority for our company OSILOVAC d.o.o. We welcome positive changes introduced by GDPR.

All prices showed on our websites include VAT and we are obliged to show VAT on all our invoices.
For each leased service, after visible payment , i.e. verification of card authorization, OSILOVAC d.o.o. undertakes to issue you an official invoice via e-mail issued electronically and is therefore completely correct and valid. At your request invoice can be delivered by post with our seal and signature of the owner of the company.
OSILOVAC d.o.o. undertakes to activate and deliver all services within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours, if it is visible on our account and authorized by the bank.
