Dry wine, medium full bodied. Fruitiness and attractive peppery accompanied by elegant freshness. Wine provides longlasting finish.
At 16-18 °C in universal medium size glass.
Fermentation with maceration in stainless steel tanks lasting for 13 days at 16-18 °C. After pressing wine aged for 10 months in large wooden barrels of 3000 and 4000 l, Slavonian oak. After bottling, wine aged for 6 months in a bottle prior to arrival to market.
